North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) TXShare – ERP Software Solutions (Workday)
The North Central Texas Council of Governments (“NCTCOG”) has awarded this ERP Software Solutions contract through the TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program to help municipalities, counties, and other government entities modernize operations through the implementation of integrated ERP solutions.
Kastech has been awarded this contract for Workday ERP software solutions to help government entities:
- Replace fragmented legacy ERP systems with modern, unified platforms that support core government functions;
- Improve accuracy, transparency, and access to real-time data for better decision-making and public accountability; and
- Implement scalable, configurable Workday ERP solutions that support long-term efficiency, compliance, and organizational growth.

- Service Category #1: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software Solutions
- Service Category #2: Other Ancillary Goods or Services
Services under the above two (2) categories include, but are not limited to the following:
- Implementation of the proposed Workday ERP software solution: Implementation services include project planning and project management, system configuration aligned to public sector workflows, data migration, integration with existing government systems, change management and training, training documentation, reporting support, and post-implementation support and ongoing system optimization, updates and enhancements.
- Workday Extend App development services for customizing and enhancing the deployed Workday environment to drive innovation and efficiency
- Workday optimization services
- Workday release management services
- Client advocacy services such as Workday implementation planning, user adoption strategies, etc.
